There were no surprises in the Queen’s speech yesterday, but some significant developments for the world of business crime.
Ben Morgan, the joint head of Bribery and Corruption at the Serious Fraud Office gave a speech to the Global Anti-Corruption and Compliance in Mining Conference on 20 May 2015. The speech did not make a radical departure from the public comments of other senior SFO officials, with a focus on co-operation and self reporting.
